The BRICS-ASEAN Independent Commission for Trade & Economy appoints distinguished business leaders to represent member economies in cross-border trade facilitation, investment promotion and economic diplomacy โ across the BRICS-ASEAN corridor and beyond.
BA.ICTE is the principal credentialing and advisory body of the BRICS-ASEAN Chamber of Commerce, established under Charter No. 0105(26). It appoints and accredits Trade Commissioners to advance commercial diplomacy, investment promotion and trade facilitation between BRICS nations, ASEAN member states and global strategic partners.

A Letter of Appointment and a Certificate of Appointment issued with a globally unique, verifiable Membership ID โ signed for and on behalf of the Governing Council.
