BRICS-ASEAN International Council of Trade Commissioners

BA.ICTE is the principal credentialing and advisory body of the BRICS-ASEAN Chamber of Commerce, established under Charter No. 0105(26). It appoints and accredits Trade Commissioners to advance commercial diplomacy, investment promotion and trade facilitation between BRICS nations, ASEAN member states and global strategic partners.

What is the difference between a Trade Commissioner and ordinary membership?+
A Trade Commissioner is an accredited representative of BA.ICTE, entitled to the "Hon." title, the authorised seal and a Certificate of Appointment. Full Members pay an annual subscription and gain voting rights plus first right of refusal on global ventures; Associate Members are appointed by invitation with observer access.
